Your account

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate account information, keep control of your sign-in email, and protect your sign-in links. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Using uurl.ink

uurl.ink lets you create and publish a page, arrange content visually, and use available AI tools to prepare drafts. Features, usage limits, and allowances depend on your plan and are shown in the product or at checkout. Saving a draft and publishing it are separate actions.

You decide what to publish and are responsible for checking your page’s accuracy, links, images, accessibility, and suitability for your audience. Keep a copy of content that is important to you. Your uurl.ink address is part of the service and may need to change if it impersonates someone, infringes rights, or conflicts with a service route.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You give uurl.ink a non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and process that content as needed to provide the features you request, including publication, saved revisions, and AI assistance. This permission continues only as necessary to operate those features and handle backups, legal obligations, or existing disputes.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload, link, import, or ask AI to process. A public website or image URL does not by itself grant permission to copy its contents. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, and other people’s rights.

AI tools

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and may resemble material generated for other users. Review it before relying on it or publishing it. AI tools may ask for clarification, decline unsupported changes, or be unable to read a public link. Requests and relevant page content are processed by the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the instructions you submit and your use of the output. Do not submit confidential information or personal data you are not entitled to share with the service and its providers.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are charged at the price, currency, billing interval, and applicable tax shown at checkout. Polar handles checkout and billing as merchant of record. Its checkout terms also apply to the transaction. Pro subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. A paid subscription grants access to its included features for the applicable service period.

To cancel renewal, open Billing & AI credits and choose Manage billing in Polar. You can also contact support@uurl.ink for help or to notify us of a cancellation. The billing portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Cancellation normally preserves access until the end of the paid period, subject to any refund or immediate cancellation that applies.

Refunds and statutory cancellation rights are handled according to applicable law and the terms shown at checkout. Contact support if a payment is incorrect, a service has not been provided as described, or you want to exercise a cancellation or refund right. We will give advance notice of changes that affect an existing subscription’s price or included service and explain your cancellation options.

AI credits

Credits are an allowance for using AI features. The credit amount included in your plan or an available credit pack is shown before purchase. A completed AI chat request, page generation, or AI-styled import uses one credit. A completed reply asking for clarification also uses one credit. Failed requests release their reserved credit.

Unused credits carry over. Editing manually or undoing a completed AI change does not restore a used credit. Credits are tied to your account, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where a refund is required by law. A refunded payment reverses the credits associated with that payment. If those credits have already been used, your balance can become negative and later credits cover that balance first.

Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and respect other users. In particular, you must not use it to do the following.

• Publish unlawful material, exploit or endanger children, threaten people, or promote violence.
• Impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property, expose private information without permission, or mislead visitors.
• Distribute malware, run phishing or fraudulent schemes, send spam, or misuse a creator’s contact and audience forms.
• Attempt to access another account, bypass security or usage limits, manipulate billing or credits, or disrupt the service.

Creators who collect messages or audience email addresses must explain how they will use that information, obtain any required permissions, respect unsubscribe and deletion requests, and comply with applicable privacy and marketing rules.

Links, embeds, and creator purchases

Creator pages may link to outside websites, media, shops, or checkout services. Their operators set their own terms and privacy policies. Purchasing a creator’s product through an external link is a transaction with that seller. Contact the seller about that product, fulfillment, or refund. Contact uurl.ink support to report suspected abuse on a page.

Availability, suspension, and closure

We use reasonable care to operate the service. Maintenance, provider outages, security measures, and other interruptions can affect availability. We may update features and will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting a paid service where practicable.

We may restrict content or suspend access when needed to address a breach of these terms, fraud, a security threat, or a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and how to contact us to review the decision. You can request account closure and deletion by emailing support@uurl.ink. Tell us whether you also want to cancel a subscription. Data retention and deletion are explained in our Privacy Policy.

Your rights and resolving problems

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any responsibility for losses is determined by applicable law, including the protections that apply where you live.

If something goes wrong, contact support@uurl.ink with enough information for us to investigate. Avoid including payment card details, passwords, or sign-in links. You retain your right to use any applicable complaints procedure, regulator, or court.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above shows the latest version. We will notify account holders of material changes and explain when they take effect. Changes do not remove rights you already have in relation to an existing purchase.
