This policy explains how uurl.ink handles personal information when you visit our website, create a page, use AI editing, purchase a subscription, or contact a creator. For privacy questions and requests, email support@uurl.ink.
Who is responsible for your information
uurl.ink is owned and operated by Dizmind LLC. Dizmind LLC is responsible for the personal information used to operate your account and this platform. You can contact us at the following business address or by emailing support@uurl.ink.

Creators are responsible for the information they publish and for their own use of messages and email addresses collected through their pages. A creator’s own privacy notice may also apply when you contact them or join their audience.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address, account identifier, authentication details, account settings, and support correspondence.
- Your page and drafts. The name, bio, location, images, links, blocks, design settings, publication choices, and saved revisions you provide.
- AI requests. Your instructions, relevant conversation context, current page content, selected images, and public content retrieved from links you ask us to read.
- Billing information. Subscription status, product and order identifiers, payment and refund events, and credit balances and usage records. Polar collects payment details through its checkout.
- Visitor activity. Page views, link clicks, timestamps, referring website hostnames, and approximate country when supplied by our hosting provider. Our page analytics records do not contain visitors’ raw IP addresses.
- Messages and audience signups. The name, email address, and message you submit to a creator, or your email address and signup time when you ask to join a creator’s audience.
- Technical information. Request and security logs processed by our hosting and service providers, including network information needed to deliver the service and prevent abuse. Rate limiting uses a hash derived from your connection’s IP address.
How and why we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, save and publish pages, perform requested AI edits and imports, relay messages, maintain audience lists, process subscriptions, manage AI credits, and answer support requests. Account, page, AI, and billing information is needed to provide the features you request and perform our agreement with you.
We also use limited activity and technical information to measure page performance, keep the service reliable, prevent spam and fraud, and investigate misuse. Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, these activities rely on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the platform, balanced against your rights. We retain records where needed to meet legal obligations. Optional communications that require consent are based on that consent, which you can withdraw.
Public pages and creator communications
Published profile details and enabled blocks are public. Anyone may view, copy, share, or index them. Your unpublished draft can differ from your published page. Unpublishing prevents the page from being served by uurl.ink, but copies held by visitors or search engines may remain.
A creator’s private contact address is used to relay messages. When you send a message, the creator receives your name, email address, and message and can reply to you. If you join an audience, the creator can view and export your email address. Contact that creator to manage their communications, or contact our support address for help with data held by uurl.ink.
AI editing and public-link imports
When you request AI assistance, relevant page content and instructions are sent through the configured AI service, such as OpenRouter and its selected model provider, or Vercel AI Gateway. Public-link imports retrieve content from the websites you supply. Those websites receive the network requests needed to retrieve their public content.
AI providers process requests under their own service and privacy terms. Only submit content you are entitled to share. Avoid including passwords, payment card details, confidential records, or sensitive personal information in prompts. You review the resulting draft and decide whether to publish it.
Who receives information
We share information as needed with these service providers and recipients.
- Supabase for authentication, database storage, and account records.
- Vercel for hosting, request processing, and operational logs.
- Brevo for authentication and transactional email delivery.
- Polar for checkout, subscriptions, payment records, refunds, and billing management. Its own privacy terms apply to information it processes for its payment and merchant responsibilities.
- The configured AI gateway and model providers when you use AI features.
- The creator receiving your message or audience signup, and visitors who view your published page.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards. External links, images, and embedded media may connect your browser to other providers, whose privacy notices apply to those interactions.
Cookies, local storage, and international processing
Authentication uses cookies to keep you signed in. The editor uses browser storage to recover local drafts, previews, and editing history. You can clear these through your browser settings, which may sign you out or remove locally stored work. Page view and click measurement records events on our servers.
Our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on the relevant provider’s contractual safeguards or another permitted transfer mechanism. Contact support for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your data.
Retention and security
We keep account and page data for as long as needed to provide your account and requested features. Saved revisions may include earlier page content. Billing, credit, security, and support records may be retained after account closure where needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. The retention period depends on the purpose, the sensitivity of the data, and applicable requirements. Provider backups and logs follow their retention and deletion cycles.
Access controls and authentication help protect information. You should keep sign-in links private and protect the email account used to sign in. Report suspected account misuse to support promptly.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can edit your page, control what is published, and cancel a paid subscription through Billing. To request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or an objection to processing of personal information, email support@uurl.ink. We may need to verify your identity before acting. The rights available and any exceptions depend on the law that applies to you.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to processing based on your circumstances. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that already took place. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. UK residents can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Updates and contact
We update this policy as the service changes and show the latest date above. We will bring significant changes affecting your information to your attention. Questions about this policy or our Terms of Service can be sent to support@uurl.ink.
